I was incredibly excited to order products from Magical Makeup, anticipating the magic they promised. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration and disappointment.

Despite my eagerness, I have yet to receive the products I ordered. After spending US$44.20 I never expected to be left empty-handed. The lack of a tracking number has made it impossible to trace my package, which is very concerning.

I have reached out to Carrie, the owner, four times seeking assistance. Each response has been disappointing, with apologies but no viable solutions. She informed me that I can’t receive a tracking number due to the shipping method chosen. However, I was unaware of any shipping options at the time of my order.

It's incredibly frustrating to feel abandoned as a customer after such a significant purchase. Carrie has made no attempts to communicate with the post office or to provide a refund or replacement. To make matters worse, my emails have started bouncing back, indicating my address has been blocked. This adds to my confusion and concern about the company's operations.

What was supposed to be an exciting venture into Magical Makeup has turned into a troubling experience. I hope to resolve this situation, and I urge anyone considering a purchase to proceed with caution. At this point, I am left wondering about the integrity and support of the brand.
